Maca Cacao Super Smoothie
The cells in our bodies renew themselves every seven years. Based on that cycle, we want everything our children eat up to the age of 7 to be super nutritious for them. The key to healthy cells is healthy eating.
Super foods are nutrient dense, rich in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Foods such as quinoa, spirulina, kale and goji berries are classified as super. But cheaper, everyday leafy vegetables, whole grains and legumes also have some wonderfully abundant superness packed inside them.
We have put together a smoothie that has another SUPER ingredient, Maca. Maca is mood enhancing and great for bone health. It's immune boosting as well as increasing energy and helping our skin glow. What more do you want for your kids. They will love Maca as much as we do.
